Kierbeck presents RamWall

Kierbeck provides a comprehensive range of specialist geotechnical products. Our policy of ongoing research and development means that we have immediate access to a variety of geotechnical products including fibreglass soil nails and bespoke gabion structures for architectural walls. Our suite of specialist software, developed by our partnering company Tsoft, facilitates optimum solutions for foundations, piling and retaining walls.

Soil nails, anchors, and rock bolts
Kierbeck offers a wide range of threaded bar products for getotechnical applications.

These include:
• Fully threaded bar for soil nails and anchors
• Hollow bar soil nails complete with drill bits, coupler nuts etc
• Fibreglass rod for a variety of applications including concrete reinforcement

Our soil nailing and anchoring range includes double corrosion protection (DCP) and is continually being developed.

Gabions and mesh
We supply and fabricate both welded and woven gabions. All gabions and mesh are approved for road and bridge works by BBA Certification which covers specification, design principles and construction.

Ramwall and Ram-mesh
Ramwall is an innovative concept for freestanding earth retaining structures and platforms. Almost any size or shape can be formed including raking back to conform to a plain or variable shape.

Ramwall has a number of design features that give significant value added benefits such as rapid construction reusing site excavated material and free draining properties. Ram-mesh is an effective application of the Ramwall system. It is a 3-dimensional steel mesh reinforcement that is particularly suitable for tunnelling applications.
